Getting boarding pass and luggage check：
You may find the check-in counter corresponding to your flight number on the Flight Information Screen. If you need any other information about your flight, please inquire at the information counter. Please produce your valid ID card to complete passenger identity and luggage registration at the check -in counter. You will receive your boarding pass and have the opportunity to check your luggage. Go through security and customs inspection during luggage check.
Passengers with items to declare must fill out the China Customs Declaration Form for Exit/Entry Passengers and choose the “Declaration Channel” (also called “Red Channel”) for customs clearance; those with nothing to declare have no need to fill out the declaration form and can choose the “Non-declaration channel” (also called “Green Channel”) for customs clearance.
Foreign passengers are required to show their passports, visas, and exit registration cards. They can only travel out of China within the time limit prescribed in their valid entry visas. Chinese passengers (including those from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) are required to show their passports and visas. If you have any other official documents which allowi you to travel out of China, please show them at the inspection counter.
After passing the security check, you may go to the waiting lounge located at your flight's boarding gate. The boarding gate number will be indicated on your boarding pass.
To ensure a smooth boarding process, it is recommended that passengers arrive at the boarding gate 30 minutes before departure. Please pay attention to the flight information at the gate and begin boarding as directed.
